Migrating from Xero Payroll to iPayroll

Our knowledgeable and friendly Team ensure migrating to iPayroll is an effortless process. Once you have signed up with iPayroll, our Implementation Team will begin the onboarding process to retrieve all required employee details from your Xero account. You may need to provide some additional information which will be discussed with you. The Team will train you and/or the person who processes the payroll in your business. As part of this process a parallel pay run can be carried out.

Once your set up is complete, you can enable seamless integration between iPayroll and Xero with a simple two-step process. iPayroll can then track your payroll costs to your chart of account codes, and you can also assign tracking categories which can split your wages, deductions and allowances over different tracking codes and send them through to Xero when you confirm a pay run.

iPayroll will send General Ledger Postings directly into Xero as authorised accounts payable invoices. Once the payments have been debited from the bank account, these invoices can be reconciled to the payments using Xero's Bank Reconciliation.
